DeepTape is built for serious retail traders. These guidelines exist to protect that community — and the integrity of the market intelligence we provide.

Introduction

Who these rules apply to.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of DeepTape.ai and govern all content and behavior on the platform — including Tape Talk posts and comments, usernames, display names, messages, links, images, and any other content you submit, regardless of whether it is text, media, or AI-generated.

By using DeepTape.ai, you agree to these Guidelines and our Terms of Service. These Guidelines apply to all interactive features on the platform, including those launched in the future.

DeepTape is a financial intelligence platform. Everything posted here — your analysis, your calls, your commentary — reflects on a community of traders making real decisions with real money. Act accordingly.

If you see content that violates these Guidelines, use the report function within the platform. We review reports and take action as warranted. If you have a question or concern about a moderation decision, contact us at support@deeptape.ai.

Conduct

Treat people like adults.

DeepTape brings together traders from every background — retail, professional, new, experienced. The standard is simple: engage with ideas, not with people. Disagree on analysis. Don't attack the person.

What's expected

Substantive analysis, data-backed opinions, original insights, relevant questions, and constructive debate. Posts should add something to the conversation.

What's prohibited

Name-calling, personal attacks, insults, harassment, bullying, content designed to intimidate or shame other users, and repetitive negative posts targeting a specific person.

Hate speech

Content that incites hatred or advocates violence against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, age, or political views is prohibited.

Harassment of minors

Any disparaging, harmful, or sexualized content directed at anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement. This includes digitally altered and cartoon content.

Financial Integrity

The most important section on this page.

DeepTape exists to give retail traders better intelligence, not to be weaponized against them. Financial manipulation and fraud are not just violations of these Guidelines — they are violations of federal securities law. We take them seriously and will cooperate with regulators and law enforcement when warranted.

No pump and dump. Do not post content designed to artificially inflate or depress the price of any security, cryptocurrency, or investment product. Repetitive, one-sided promotion of a position without providing new substantive information is prohibited.

No guaranteed return claims. Do not promise guaranteed financial returns on any speculative investment. "This is going to 10x" posted as fact, not analysis, is prohibited.

No insider tips. Do not post, claim to have, or solicit Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI). If you have it, posting it here is illegal. Do not claim to have it as a way to influence price action.

No false or misleading information. Do not submit fabricated data, fake earnings figures, fictitious news, or any other false information presented as fact. This includes AI-generated misinformation.

No predatory financial schemes. Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick schemes, payday loan solicitation, and predatory lending promotions are prohibited.

Stay on topic. Tape Talk is a financial community. Off-topic, non-financial content, and content with no substantive market relevance is subject to removal.

Privacy

Don't expose people.

You are responsible for protecting your own personal information and respecting others'. The following are prohibited on DeepTape.ai:

Doxxing

Do not publicly post another person's home or work address, phone number, email, government ID, or any other personally identifiable information without their explicit consent.

Financial account data

Do not share or solicit another person's private financial data — bank account numbers, brokerage credentials, card numbers, PINs, or any non-public financial information.

Privacy invasions

Do not post voyeur-style content, intimate images without consent, or content that threatens to expose private images as a means of harassment or coercion.

Your own data

Do not post your own passwords, account numbers, or sensitive personal information. We will not be liable for exposure resulting from your own public disclosure.

Platform Integrity

Don't manipulate the platform.

DeepTape is a place for genuine market intelligence. The following behaviors corrupt the community and are prohibited:

Impersonation. Do not impersonate another user, financial professional, public figure, company, or DeepTape staff. Parody accounts are permitted only when clearly and explicitly identified as such.

Fake engagement. Do not use bots, purchased engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or multiple accounts to artificially inflate the reach or perceived credibility of any post or position.

Spam. Do not post repetitive, off-topic, or bulk content. Do not use DeepTape to drive traffic to external commercial sites through deceptive or unsolicited means.

Malicious links. Do not post links to phishing sites, malware, deceptive redirects, or content that otherwise violates these Guidelines. Obfuscated or shortened URLs that conceal their destination are prohibited.

Social engineering. Do not use DeepTape to deceive users into revealing credentials, personal information, or taking actions they would not otherwise take.

AI-Generated Content

Label it. Own it.

AI-generated content is permitted on DeepTape, including AI-assisted analysis, summaries, and commentary. However, transparency is required. If your post or comment was substantially generated or edited by AI — text, images, video, or audio — you must label it clearly as AI-generated.

AI-generated content that is misleading, that mimics factual news without being labeled, or that is used to produce or amplify misinformation is prohibited. AI does not exempt you from accountability for what you post.

Intellectual Property

Respect ownership.

Do not post content that infringes on a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right held by someone else. This includes reproducing full articles from third-party news sources — short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original are acceptable; full reproductions are not.

We will remove infringing content when we become aware of it or upon request by the rights holder. Repeat infringers will be subject to account termination.

Prohibited Content

Hard stops.

The following content is prohibited on DeepTape under all circumstances, regardless of context or framing:

Threats of violence

Threats directed at individuals or groups — including public figures — will be removed and reported to law enforcement. Content that incites or glorifies violence is also prohibited.

Adult content

Sexually explicit content, nudity, and material depicting sexual acts is prohibited. Exceptions for clear artistic, educational, or medical context may apply at our sole discretion.

Illegal activity

Content that promotes, facilitates, or documents illegal activity is prohibited. This includes solicitation or sale of illegal goods, drug procurement instructions, and content that facilitates human trafficking.

Suicide & self-harm

Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm is prohibited. If you or someone you know needs help, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Enforcement

What happens when rules are broken.

We enforce these Guidelines consistently, but enforcement is not mechanical — context matters, and we reserve the right to apply judgment. Actions we may take include:

CONTENT REMOVAL

Posts or comments that violate these Guidelines will be removed. You may or may not be notified, depending on the severity.

WARNING

First-time or minor violations may result in a warning. Subsequent violations will escalate.

SUSPENSION

Posting privileges may be suspended — temporarily or indefinitely — for repeated or serious violations.

TERMINATION

Accounts engaged in financial fraud, market manipulation, illegal activity, or repeated serious violations will be permanently terminated.

LAW ENFORCEMENT

Content involving credible threats of violence, child exploitation, or securities fraud will be reported to applicable law enforcement agencies.

We reserve the right to act on any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — particularly to protect the platform, its infrastructure, and our community. These Guidelines do not create a contractual obligation for us to act in any particular manner, but we will apply them consistently and in good faith.

Legal Compliance

You're responsible for what you post.

Your use of DeepTape.ai must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations — including U.S. federal and state securities laws, investment promotion laws, and any jurisdiction-specific requirements that apply to your location.

Nothing posted on DeepTape.ai constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a financial recommendation of any kind. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring that content complies with applicable law.

By posting on DeepTape.ai, you represent that you have the right to post that content, that it does not violate any applicable law, and that DeepTape AI LLC bears no liability for your posts.
