By accessing or using deeptape.ai and its associated mobile web application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies we may publish. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DeepTape AI LLC ("DeepTape," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform.
NOTHING ON DEEPTAPE.AI CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL GUIDANCE. ALL CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM — INCLUDING MARKET DATA, NEWS, ANALYSIS, DT INTELLIGENCE BRIEFS, GAMMA EXPOSURE DATA, OPTIONS DATA, AND COMMUNITY POSTS — IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
DeepTape does not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. DT Intelligence outputs are clearly labeled on the Platform. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. DeepTape is not responsible for any decisions made based on DT Intelligence content.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to deactivation. We will provide notice before deactivating an account where possible.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity, including potential securities violations, to appropriate regulatory authorities including the SEC and FINRA.
All original content on the Platform — including market analysis, DT Intelligence briefs, editorial content, data visualizations, video, design, code, and trademarks — is owned by DeepTape AI LLC and protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit any DeepTape original content without prior written consent from DeepTape AI LLC. Media organizations and financial institutions seeking content licensing should contact support@deeptape.ai.
User-generated content posted to Tape Talk remains the property of the posting user. By posting to Tape Talk, you grant DeepTape AI LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and in associated marketing materials.
The Platform is free to use and is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly labeled on the Platform. Advertisers have no influence over our editorial content, market data, news curation, or DT Intelligence outputs. Breaking news is never paywalled.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, data sources, and services. These links are provided for convenience only. DeepTape does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeepTape AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any trading or investment decisions you make based on content from the Platform; or (e) your user-generated content posted to Tape Talk.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, DATA, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DEEPTAPE AI LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEEPTAPE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEEPTAPE AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF DEEPTAPE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEPTAPE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, market manipulation, or conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Sections 3, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 17, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Binding Arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, you and DeepTape agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND DEEPTAPE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
Jury Trial Waiver. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND DEEPTAPE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM.
Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@deeptape.ai with the subject line "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms or first using the Platform, whichever is later. If you opt out, DeepTape is also not bound by the arbitration agreement for disputes with you.
