DT Intelligence outputs are clearly labeled on the platform and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. No automated decision-making is applied to your personal data — DT Intelligence analyzes market data, not user data.
In compliance with 2026 CCPA regulations regarding automated decision-making technology (ADMT), we disclose that DT Intelligence does not make significant decisions about individual users and does not process your personal information to generate its outputs.

Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Tape Talk posts may remain visible after account deletion unless you delete them prior to closing your account. Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

DeepTape AI LLC produces original content including market analysis, DT Intelligence briefs, curated news, editorial commentary, and Tape Talk community features. All original DeepTape content is owned by DeepTape AI LLC and protected by United States copyright law.
Reproduction, redistribution, broadcast, or licensing of DeepTape original content — including market analysis, data visualizations, video, and written editorial — requires prior written consent from DeepTape AI LLC. Media organizations, financial institutions, or other parties seeking to license DeepTape content should contact support@deeptape.ai.
User-generated content posted to Tape Talk remains the property of the posting user. By posting to Tape Talk, you grant DeepTape AI LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
DeepTape is operated from the United States and is primarily intended for US-based users. If you access the platform from outside the United States, including from the European Economic Area (EEA), your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
